Mexican About the position The objective is to ensure that the operations of the HR department run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Job Description Responsibilities o Administration of compensation and benefit plans o Assist in onboarding processes.
o Conduct employee onboarding processes and assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
o Provide support to employees on various HR-related issues, such as leave and compensation, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
o Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
o Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
o Perform performance management-related tasks.
o Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates.
o Maintain employee records and files up to date.
o Improve job satisfaction by diligently resolving issues, implementing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
o Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements o Demonstrable experience as an HR generalist.
o Knowledge of general HR policies and procedures.
